JAMMA to JVS options: AxunWorks vs. IrkenLabs vs. ??

On the jammafier, you can see the JVS update frequency - lag will then be 1000/frequency=milliseconds. For context, 1 frame takes about 16.7ms, you will have (way) less than this.

I/O board also comes into play a bit, but the jammafier will not be the limiting factor.

Is this the same?
 
So most likely the: Sega 837-13551, this device is considered to be one of the slower IOs. I.e the time it takes from request to response from the IO.

i see. is this easy to "change" to another model? wich model?
so far I just had the NAOMI MOBO and everything went perfect but with this new "solution" I feel a little (just a little) lag

From some light googling you should be able to swap to: 837-14572 but I am not an expert on this cabinet 😅
