They are a bit pricey, but they really go above and beyond to get the item for you no matter what. I have heard of them shipping items to their employee's personal addresses if the seller is giving them a hard time. They will even do some local pickup only items.

Rinkya will also take care of you in a similar white glove fashion. I've even had them take items from other proxies who told me they either couldn't or wouldn't ship to me after the item arrived (even though I checked with their agents in advance). They'll send stuff off to be crated as well, they sell a lot of wine and the like, so lots of experience with things you don't want breaking.
Also pricey. Though not as bad as japanrabbit in my experiences.
