Quitting military life after ten years to become a college freshman at age 30 wasn't the easiest thing to do. I especially wasn't expecting to meet my wife the same year and then move across the ocean two years later. Despite giving up the solid and consistent paycheck, the nice condo, the cool sports car, and a whole mess of other material things, I can honestly say that I feel more accomplished and happier now than I ever did in my 20s. Hopefully, I can use what I learned and build something to help this great community!
