Taito Real Puncher set ready to go. Transformer, PSU, transformer, and cables wrapped separate. Place in quite possibly the ugliest box ever; however, it was VERY thick and had FOUR layers of protection for the top! Air cushions and paper provided additional protections for the bottom and sides. Safe travels!

Both games are of course wrapped separately because we don’t want Bomberman getting too handsey with Hibiki .

Ketsui kit (almost) ready to go. The PCB is quadruple wrapped; art is doubled. Cave box is wrapped so many times I lost count (six?). Box is then cushioned and placed in box reinforced by extra cardboard all around. This box will go into yet another box, because why not : )

Do you come across posters on your hunts?

I’m after two specific, original posters and I’m having no luck finding them in the West.

One might be impossible to be fair, but the other is probably doable…

Just a note for clarity on an unfortunate thing that does happen from time to time, as it did last night.

Sellers aren't required to leave feedback to buyers on YAJ, so my feedback is quite low compared to the number of items I have purchased for both myself and other people (roughly 2/3 leave no feedback). Some sellers reject bids from buyers with low/few feedback, and because I've only been on the platform for about six months, this means I have my bids rejected from time to time. When this happens, your payment will be refunded as soon as possible. It is unfortunate, but there's not much I can do about it other than ask sellers kindly for feedback if I receive nothing after a few days.

My account has a positive side in that it doesn't appear to be a proxy account for the sellers who reject third parties; however, until some more time passes and more sellers leave me feedback, this unfortunate thing may happen once in a while.

Just a reminder that Yamato Express is the only express option I can use that is serving Europe right now. They use the UPS network’s private planes and charge by the package size; weight only comes into play if you are shipping something abnormally heavy. On the other hand, if shipping Japan Post surface, the item is charged by weight, and size only comes into play if the item is abnormally large.

Example:

Today I had a double boxed item (107cm total) that would cost 16450 yen to ship to Europe via Yamato Express. If the item was single boxed (95ish cm) it would still cost 10150 yen and sacrifice a lot of protection. This is an item in which the product box itself needs protection as well.

In comparison, using Japan Post surface shipping, it will cost 2350 yen double boxed. Despite the box being large, it only weighs 2kg so it’s cheap.

Most people want express (only shipped three items by sea on request so far) so I didn’t even think to quote surface. Unfortunately, there was some sticker shock when the quote came and a possible misunderstanding.

I will always do my best to help everyone out with their requests to the best of my ability, such as accidentally writing the wrong number on the customs form or combining multiple orders into one. Shipping receipts are provided to each person after your item goes out. If I over quoted you, the difference is always refunded. If shipping speed is not a priority, please let me know in advance so I can save you money.

Do you ship stools?

^ shipping will be outrageous. The package will most likely be too big to qualify for surface parcel in most countries, so an express service has to be used. For surface, the total measurements need to be within 2m with no one side being over 1.05m.

Express shipping on a box this big will likely be cheaper through a vendor that has a shipping discount with a courier. Maybe in the future I can do some bulk shipments via container, but for now I can’t do this.

Does anyone know of a good stool that can be broken down to put in a smaller box? The ones I see at game centers here all have the metal frame as one piece so the box will be huge. I'd like to be able to offer an alternative if possible.

I'm guessing the stools requested are the official Taito stools which is one big frame :x
