Just a friendly heads up for when I publically mention leads on something I have found for sale that people have expressed interest in.
When I receive multiple PMs, I will always start with the first person in line. Once I send a message I'd like to have a response within 24 hours, especially so if my message was "read". If I don't get anything, I will assume that means you are not interested and will go to the next person in line. If you are very busy and need time, a one-sentence response to my message will suffice until you can write more.
Not to come off as a dick, but I'm sure I will a little bit here, but I spend upwards of two hours a day responding to messages here. At least half of these are with inquiries I am not making any money off because nothing is purchased in the end. I do remember who is nice and who is not. Please respect my time and be courteous enough to reply in a reasonable time frame.

What a bunch of jokers over at Buyee. They wanted to send two regular size PCBs and a two a handful of chips in an insanely large box that would cost almost 30,000 yen to send; not even using an express service. One third of the box was just air packets on one side. The inside of the two PCB boxes had enough bubbles to make even me blush. An amazing amount of space was wasted inside. It appeared that both came from the same seller too, which means Buyee didn’t even ask the seller to combine the packages which is the default option when you buy multiple items from the same seller on Yahoo.

Thank you everyone for your support over the last couple of weeks. They have been the busiest so far, so much to the point where I haven't even had time to post pictures on this thread.
My house is completely full of packages right now and I'm swimming in cardboard. Ship-out times will be a little longer than usual as I need to catch up.
My Japanese credit card is now maxed out and I've been making payments via cash at convenience stores after I get off from school. The cash I set aside for this situation has now been used up, and it wasn't a small amount either. In other words, I've bought A LOT of stuff over the last week lol.
For the reason mentioned above, for the next week, if you make a purchase over 10k, I need 1.5% added so I can transfer the Paypal to my bank instantly to pull out cash to pay. After one week I can use my credit card again. Apologies, but the Japanese credit card system doesn't allow you to pay off your balance at will; it's a once-a-month-only deal.

I use my American credit cards when possible, but not every store will accept them. Here is the basic rundown of the most common places I shop at:
Yahoo does not accept any of my four American-issued cards despite all of them being Visa and working at 9/10 stores out in town. Yahoo makes up for around half of the orders.
Surugaya online orders are hit and miss. I think it all depends on where the item is being shipped from. Sometimes I can use American cards, sometimes I can't. At their physical stores, I can always use them.
TOPS is bank transfer or COD only when ordering domestically. Therefore, I need the cash in my bank account ASAP.
BEEP, Mak, and KVC Lab will accept my American cards.
Game Kanaya is super old school. COD or bank transfer only. Phone inquiries only if you have questions.
^ (Regarding this store, a window shopper made me look really bad to the owner of this store and I had to embarrass myself and apologize profusely over the phone. Long story short: imagine if you got fitted for a custom suit and then said "Nah it's cool, I got one from Sears" after the shop finished making it for you. Because of the experience, I will only call for repeat customers from now on.)
Most of the console shops in Akiba with the exception of 'Friends' (cash only) will take my American cards.

No worries @Joko3 Let's make sure you can keep up with the business. People need to understand that you are one guy only and not one of those proxies, but maybe you could grwo bigger, we will see. The important thing is that we understand that people get a personalized service from you and this is where IMO you stand out of other services. I'm super happy with the communication, speed, packaging and prices. I will continue using your services 100%.

Three packages were sent out today. Likely four more going out tomorrow, and then three more over the weekend. Altogether, these packages contained around 20 different orders from various stores. I've gotten to know my delivery man pretty well over the last couple of weeks lol.
As of now, I'm not going to take any more orders until August 1st. I need time off in order to study for the JLPT, take a small vacation with my wife, and get everything in order to expand this little operation without getting into trouble. I will devise a system to make everything a little more streamlined to save time, yet still, remain personal. I've been going to intensive Japanese language school five days a week without a break for the last eight months, and the burnout has started to creep into my service a little bit over the last few weeks. It will be better for everyone for me to recharge and come back with Joko Service 2.0

I really appreciate your service @Joko3 and of course loved getting the pics of the package and board being tested before sending, but if it saves you time and sanity now things have picked up I’d be happy to have you simply send me a notification that all is well and the package is on the way. I trust you’ll pack things well. You’ve well and truly established that reputation now. It’s a testament to your attention to detail but obviously it does take time and effort to stage the goods for individual photos and then upload and send them. Others may still want this part of the service and perhaps you can ask the question when dealing with people - “Do you photos of the goods and packaging/pre post shots?” Enjoy your break.

Joko Service is already on version 11 imo, unless you start giving my items a kiss before tucking them in for bed every night I don't see much room for improvement
