Looks like an insulated ring terminal.
From reputable suppliers the color indicates the thickness of the wire (blue = 14-16). Other thing to watch for is the hole size (stud size) here it’s 5mm which is M55
Molex PIDG are the Cadillac of insulated ring terminals (with a price to prove it)
So if you intend to fly this project to the moon something like this ought to do the trick
