Jumper issues

When I test jumpers that I clear the solder off of with my multimeter, I still am getting signal/beeps that indicate there's a connection between the two points but visibly there is no connection I've removed all solder. This is happening on almost all points that solder removal is necessary for the mod. can anyone point me into a direction of why this would be happening? Thank you. This board is a dark stalker's one USA board

It’s not just solder to jump them, a lot of those have a tiny little connection that needs to be cut to be fully disconnected

If you are installing a darksoft multi, don’t touch the jumpers
