hey guys I'm looking for a jvs to jamma for my nnc. Anybody selling one? Or which one to look out for to buy?

I've seen his but sold out :/ emailed him but out of stock for a few weeks.

That's why I purchased my Jammaifer when I did... Even tho my cabs are all in storage and I can't actually use it yet.
I knew I had to get one while the getting was good.

Whatever you do, don't purchase the JVS to JAMMA adapter from Riverservice.

All have their quirks;

- RS suffers from lag (early revisions for sure, never noticed it myself on the later revisions)
- Namco butchers the video signal and makes it soft
- Konami, haven’t used that myself

But the Jammafier is perfect for me :)

i didn't see anything on the jammafier so i didnt jump on it. i guess ill wait for the guy to make a new batch. thanks again ! i was so close to buying the river service one.

I got parts for a few more Jammafiers at home, but trying to get the jvs-pac 2 out as it's long overdue. If the jvs-pac2 stuff proves too time-consuming, I'll sneak in a mini batch of Jammafiers.

just got my jammafier in the mail in 1 day to the US. Quick question if I wanna get buttons 4-6 working (they work already on naomi games) do I have to make a adapter to go from the jammafier to the cps2 A board or am I doing something wrong?

You need a kick harness that connects the Jammaifier to the CPS2.

In this shot you can see a extender working with a CPS3, but the blue wired connector is the kicks harness I'm speaking about (you need that).

Oh this shot is a little better, at least I'm showing a CPS2. ;)

where can I get one? I only see just the kick harness and quick disconnect for the buttons. Since I have zero abilities to solder my only option is buying lol.

I don't currently offer these cables, but it's the same pinout and cable as used with @RGB's HAS supergun.

It's not soldered, its crimped.
I know @RGB sells them for his HAS (Home Arcade System) supergun, maybe PM him and ask?
The pinout is the same between the HAS and Jammafier.

The Sentinel is different however, cuz just like Frank Sinatra, @Frank_fjs has gotta do it his way. ;)

got it figured it out. Lastly if I used that JNX jamma to mvs adapter connected to the jammafier then to my hyper neo geo 64 would that solve my audio issue or is there a easier option?

I heard from this form that the revision 1 mb of the hyper neo geo 64 is not standard jamma but its wired for neo geo multi slot instead.

so I saying would using the jnx adapter help with the test button mix up.

Yea I'm sure the JNX adapter would work great if the 64 follows the same wacky Neo Geo MVS pinout.

I have the JNX System16/24 adapter...

It works great and looks nice too, also the Taito classic adapter (for use with Bubble Bobble).
