I've only got one, with Sexy, Twin Yahoo, and hopefully now Puzzle Dama....one day I'll pick up G.Parodius and Salamander 2, along with a 2nd mobo.

Definitely try and pick up Gokujō Parodius if you are ever able to as it has some of the franchise's more memorable stages, music, and bosses. A lot of the stages are remade/updated versions of those found in Parodius Da!, but it is a much more streamlined and playable game that doesn't overstay its welcome.
