Hmm. The only suggestion I'd have is the CPU may need a reflow - but normally the board doesn't boot if that's the case. I'd maybe try burning a new boot ROM and trying another hard drive to rule those out

Are you trying to run KI1 on the dedicated KI2 board, or on its own, normal KI1 pcb?

From the videos it looks like he has 2 separate PCBs but that's a good point.

I think u got me wrong. I had a bad KI2 dedicated and a bad KI1. The KI 2 is problem solved! Now lasts the KI1.
