Konami 054986A Audio Module

Hello,
I have a Lethal Enforcers PCB with a defective audio module Konami 054986A. I soldered it out and removed the colour. Unfortunately, the old capacitors have interrupted some tracks.
Can anyone tell me where pins 1 and 7 of OpAmp 4558 go?
