Looking for only the Konami GX motherboard (no game boards). Let me know if you have a confirmed working board you're willing to part with.

Cool kid tip.....go looking over facebook and ebay for a cheap Run N Gun 2, and then pull the rom/filter boards off, and then you're good to go!

Thanks, I'm also checking the main auction sites and marketplaces, but figured I'd put out a feeler here if someone happened to have a few spares gathering dust in a closet.

Wish I could help more than that, but I need 1 more Mobo eventually, as well. I have the whole shmup run, but since I had 3 mobo's, I didnt want to get greedy.

Just gotta clear the memory, so new rom board will boot, as discussed in this shmups thread.

Just to clarify - you can swap the ROM Board by clearing the EPROM, but you can't easily swap the ROM chips on the ROM Board over to another game. All but two games use a specific security chip.
