I have made a led credit counter repro that works fine with my mv2f board.

But it is not working on my mv1f board. Checked connecting to both P1 and P2 connectors, and the led won't even light on (as if it wasn't getting power).
I've checked the 2 5v pins and 2 gnd pins, and they are ok (the board is getting the 5v).
I've ordered some NEC 2003 chips, and replacing them doesn't work.
I've replaced the NEO-F0 from a donor, and still no change.
I've checked continuity between the 13 pin connectors to the NEC chips and back to the NEO-F0 and they are OK.
