Looking for a scan of the Mr. Do instructions

I want to make a vector version of the Mr. Do instruction blurb. I found this image, but it looks like a low res copy of someone else's vector.

The end goal is to use this for an Astro City sized marquee for Mr. Do. Maybe I could get away with not making a vector and simply using the image above, but I don't want to rip off some guy's work since I would like to share my SVGs when I'm finished.

Wow! I've been wasting time redoing a lot of that stuff on my own. At least I learned a bit about Inkscape while working. Thanks!
