if just getting it up the stairs is the issue then another option is the Kraylix cab:
http://www.kraylixarcade.com/
I have one, with the monitor and control panel removed it's only about 22in deep and is light enough for a single person to carry it (though obviously 2 people are recommended)
----------
though if you really must use an Arcade 1 Up with it's original monitor here is a complete break down of what you'd need to run a JAMMA board like Ergeitz
1. Power: you need to build a power block which includes a "JAMMA power supply", AC power cord, AC switch fuse and filter. Here is a guide on how to build a power block for a JAMMA cabinet:
http://therealbobroberts.net/acwiring.html (you can ignore part #6, the isolation transformer since that's only needed for a CRT, the rest of it you'll want though)
2. Video Output: JAMMA Boards (Ergeitz included) run at a lower "15KHz" resolution, So if you're not using an Arcade CRT you'll need a video converter. The cheap/shitty/laggy option is the Gonbez Converter:
https://www.amazon.com/Andoer-Genuine-GBS8200-Channel-Converter/dp/B00W3460UU
The best option is an OSSC:
https://www.videogameperfection.com/products/open-source-converter/
In addition to the video converter you'll also need a monitor driver board since the Arcade 1Up monitor is so shitty that half of it's electronics are integrated into the game board:
https://www.amazon.com/VSDISPLAY-Controller-M170ETN01-1-WYD170SKD-Monitor/dp/B07MRJG3HT (I think you already specced one of these out in your first post)
3. General Wiring: The last bit is wiring you'll need a JAMMA harness to tie all of this together. Lots of shitty JAMMA harnesses on the market but this one looks ok:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/JAMMA-Wiri...abel-Arcade-Video-Game-Multicade/121753778577 (maybe someone has a better suggestion?) That will plug into your Game board, the video connector should plug into a the Gonbes Adapter (for the OSSC you'll need to change the connector to SCART), the power connections will attach to the power supply using screw terminals, and the buttons connectors are already crimped for you and should slide on to your buttons and joysticks (assuming they're the right size quick disconnects).
JAMMA boards have built-in audio amplification so should also be able to hook this directly to the cab speaker(s) (may require some crimping or soldering)
Ergeitz does also use a kick connector since the JAMMA harness is only good for buttons 1-3. and I'm assuming you're going to be using a 6-button Panel. For that I recommend getting a
JNX CPSX to Namco Adapter which will "live" on your Ergeitz PCB
http://www.jamma-nation-x.com/jammax/store.html
and then buy a CPS2 "kick harness" for buttons 4-6 that will "live" in your cab. like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/CPSII-CPS2...k-Harness-Arcade-W-Volume-110-QD/293015773122
The end result is that you should be able to run ANY JAMMA board in your arcade 1up cabinet, so if you want to say swap out Ergeitz for Street Figther 2, or Tetris, or TMNT, you can do that. without having to change any wiring.
This "guide" is essentially the same if you were building a custom cabinet from scratch, or using a Kraylix cabinet, or using Xtension cabinet, the only difference would be the Monitor driver board since presumably in those other cabinets you'd use a TV that already had a DVI/HDMI/VGA inputs available.
