Hi,
got curious since I have a couple of polos myself, 14 inch though.
The service manual does not list the capacitors as spare parts for some reason - they're in the schematics but that's not so convenient...
I'm not in a rush replacing the capacitors on my boards but if I were you I would just pull the caps one by one taking note of the values, seems to be the quickest way to do it.
