Looks like the background was meant to fade into the color of the cab? And the Punch/kick stylized letters are basically white. Interesting

There were many variations of the color and styles. I’m sure it’s because there was different places printing these for Capcom. I’ve owned about 4 original panels and some of them had different colors and fonts.
