Looking for Sharp x6800 CZ-614D monitor schematics

Hi guys I’m looking for an schematics for Sharp CZ-614D monitor to make some repair work.

Maybe someone could help or point me where to get some info.

The issue I have is signal problem an all the different modes 15, 24 and 31 it doesn’t show anything just blank screen.

Not sure on schematics, but there are some general CRT troubleshooting things you can try:

1) Do you hear a buzz when powering the monitor on and feel static on the glass screen?
2) Make sure the neck is glowing when the monitor is powered on.
3) Try turning the SCREEN dial on the flyback up.
4) Inspect the chassis PCB for bulging or leaking capacitors.

Hello thanks for the info.

No buzz after turned on.
Neck is glowing
Turning the fly back but only displays a narrow horizontal line hard to see very blurt.
Checking the capacitor but not see any leaks maybe something is wrong on the signal

The horizontal line you see when turning the SCREEN dial up indicates to me that your monitor has vertical collapse. Everything the monitor displays gets folded into to a single line in the middle.

Go ahead and turn the SCREEN dial back to where the line is no longer visible. I believe the Vertical Deflection IC on that monitor is a X1011CE. Check the solder joints around it for cracks and reflow them if possible. The electrolytic capacitors close to the part might also be bad and should be replaced.

If reflowing the solder joints on the Vertical Deflection IC and replacing the capacitors near it don’t help, you might need to replace it with a fresh part. I’m seeing several show up when I do an EBay search so they don’t seem too difficult to come by.

Its probably a capacitor issue and maybe a friend deflection transistor as a result. Lots of caps there so good luck. Ive never seen so much caps packed into a monitor so small before in my life.
