Hi guys I'm looking to buy any of those MS8-29 or MS8-26FUR to use it a spare on my faulty Q25.

Are you sure you're not looking for a MS8-25? MS8-26 has a very high impedance vertical yoke, so that isn't compatible. MS8-29 could probably work. You will want to drop B+ by some margin.

The HV too I think yes? The HV setting is kind of dependent on tube sizes was my understanding.
 
I thought it had a HV adjust if not its tied with the B+ probs.
Could be wrong
