M72 Irem Audio Amp/Resolution On Screen

Thought I had fixed this problem but apparently it is internal to the multi pin amp since bending it reconnects it internally.
Is there a common replacement part #?

As for the resolution, is it normal for it to take up the center third only of the screen thru a scaler?
Perhaps some jumper?

This irem M72 board have a quite strange refresh rate of 55Hz that is not really scaler compatible depending on scaler picture jumps or is cut off,
works best with CRT.

I was able to replace the chip and the audio works great now.
I think it had gotten hot and failed internally, the pads for it were unusually brittle.

As for the video, once cropped it works perfectly in a 4/3 layout but it is jarring that it is the only pcb that I have that will sync but is horrendously offset and smooshed to 1/3 screen.

It sounds like that may be normal though. If so. That would make me feel better.
