Mach 111 programming algorythm

Hello everyone,

can someone help me out and share the programming algorythm of the Mach 111 if you have it? That would be very helpful for a reverse project I'm working on.

I have found a data sheet from Lattice on the mach 1 & 2 devices, but i cannot find a datasheet that has the programming spec, such as when you erase the chip you pull x and y pins to 5 volts and then pulse pin z.

That one mentions another data sheet called "MACH ISP Manual" which looks like this one maybe?

which makes it sound like it's just standard JTAG but I'm not looking super close and I don't know much about JTAG. I don't know if that helps at all but I do love a good data sheet hunt.
