I made this as a custom project for someone who wanted to retrofit a QP-150-3A Mean Well PSU into their Madonna Irem without chopping up the factory harness. It's a very specific PCB so I'm releasing it as Open Source Hardware. This is my first time making a PCB from scratch so it was definitely a learning experience. Pull requests and suggestions are welcome.
