Marquee light bulb not working even with brand-new one

As title says... Marquee light has never worked on my UMK3, and I finally changed the light bulb, and still nothing.
Everything on the cab functions normally otherwise.

Is this thing in the pic I removed a fuse? I looked in the manual and it doesn't list anything like this in the parts under the marquee light. If so where is best to order this?

Obviously I've never done this before, and I'm new to working on cab wiring, so thanks for the advice

That's a starter and you probably need a replacement. Search for "FS-2 Starter"

If that doesn't fix it then your transformer is probably gone.

Starters fail a little more often than the flouro tubes do, and you usually replace both at the same time. You can get new starters at any lighting store.

I had to replace one at the back of my house just last week.

If the starter is working it will flash on and off while the tube is getting started up.
