Mistercade V2 micro sd card Sega New Astro City Setup

Anyone care to setup a working sd card for me? I cannot get this to sync up. It's dual ram in my Sega New Astro City. The HDMI jumper is installed and I put the correct ini file on the root of the sd card for 15 kHz. I you have a working one let me know.

Here's a simple quick no frills guide to setting up a MiSTer, experienced users, please feel free to correct me if I've given incorrect steps, or with anything you think that needs to be added:
