Mistercade V2 Monitor Sync Help

Hey everyone,

I'm new to mistercade and have V2 in hand. I've gone through the whole initial setup on a HDMI monitor. I copied over the 15Khz mister.ini file but for some reason my monitor won't sync with the mistercade. I've verified all my settings in the in the in file, made sure the HDMI bridge is connected. Just not sure why it's not syncing to my sega blast city monitor, kind of a shame since I thought I was finally getting rid of my Pandora's box.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

have you tried changing horizontal hold / vertical hold on the monitor ?

I can send you my ini after I get back from family functions won’t be till Sunday. I am running a v2 in my blast city with no issues on my 15khz ini I did edit it but can’t remember all I did. But pretty positive it also worked with default 15khz ini. Just curious if you have tried with a 31khz ini with your mister hooked up through vga?

No I haven’t. My ms8 only does standard and med Rez

Still need help. I still need a working ini. I can get it to work, but I’m always getting this error and when I do update all it loses sync.

It doesn’t look like your settings match the MiSTercade V2 15khz Settings file. You can download the correct file here:
