Mk2 soundboard help please

Ok so this is what ive done :

Replaced the caps on board with a cap kit
Replaced the clock krystal
U37 replaced
Replaced the gal chip
The black amplifier under the metal peace..
Also replaced the u2
Checked the eproms in the board with a program there all good …

I dont know what else could be wrong?
Im almost ready to give up on it.

I also have a workn mk2 soundboard so its not the voltage..

Whats the op amp? Is that the one under the heat sink? If so yes

I was going to say ribbon cable but you stated that you have a spare working one. What about the DAC? Or maybe the headers on the ribbon board adapter are bad? There is interference happening so it could be a chip you missed that is going bad to make that kind of sound.

Seems you’ve replaced the opamp at U37(TL084) unless there is another on there, I haven’t looked at the schematic.
I would look into the DAC(AD1851N) at U16.
