Model 3 get bass ram test fail

Hello, I have got a model 3 get bass thats failing cpu ram test - IC.21 + IC.22.
The game works ok but the controls are messed up - would these chips cause that?
Anyone know where I can get chips burnt or even where the chip data is available?

you're confusing RAM with eprom

As this accusing two faulty may not be the ram ,may be some buffer or addresser IC

You should look on the CPU BOARD, ignore the EPROMs board.

I suggest you remove the super capacitor and clean the area, as they leak and create problems.
