This must have an obvious answer, but what is the reason you can't replace the Blast City PSU with a Model 2/Model 3 PSU such as 400-5330U L?
I see one connector on the back appears to be different than my Blast City , but can you just wire a connector for this one that's different ?
For example , this one : sega power supply for model 2,3 cab 400-5330-02 or -03 working https://share.google/glwysodOMRClawfty
