Well, you can check with the guys over at the boneyard, they have some tubes for sale, might have a chassis to go with them:

No guarantees they will get you an original replacement though.

I still have the chassis from my Nanao. I have no idea if anything is wrong with it but I would assume caps or something needs replacing at the very least.
Essentially, when I took my screen to get repaired - I was told that the tube itself developed a short and that it might have taken out the chassis. So, the tube is garbage for sure but the chassis may be usable or repairable - I have no clue and I am making no promises.
I am willing to send it off to anyone who will pay for its shipping (shipping from Canada is expensive). But just the chassis, I need to keep the frame so I can eventually replace the screen in the blast!
