Hi,
I recently recapped my chassis with the (Nanao MS-2933 Series Monitor Cap Kit 105C Nichicon) and double checked all of my work. This is coming out of a Sega Net City with tri-sync Toshiba monitor. Before the recap I was only getting a black screen with a roll fuzzy dotted line, that ran top to bottom.

Now I'm receiving this strange, distorted video signal that appears to be trying to hold an image but cannot stabilize. You can see the CPS3 game running barely. The chassis also has this clicking noise as though it is trying to change video signals while transitioning from different areas of the game (see video link).

Any suggestion on where to move forward or possible insight of why I'm receiving the video signal and clicking noises from the chassis would be greatly appreciated.
Images provide are before the recap. I can post more image of the recap kit completed if needed.
Thanks again in advance for any help.
