Pulled crt from cabinet as I wanted to test what kind of shape tube was in with tester. While it was out I decided to replace the two 2 smd caps nem had recommended in another thread and the original filter caps as preventative maintenance on my ms2930 chassis. Will this alter the b+ voltage? If so is there a way to test voltage before hand without sending power to tube? B+ before recap was at 179.8
