MS9-29 auto Q951

Today a contact gave me a MS9-29 auto

"Bought this from Japan, working". Can you install the 'contrast enhancement' on it ?

Well, working is a no go !

Missing U951 the 12v regulator
Missing Q951 a mosfet that shunts resistors R968 R969

I need this mosfet ref.
Or the original schematic of this 'auto' variant.

1/ for updating my MS9 schematic with this installed auto circuitry

2/ make the board 'auto' if I can start it

Probably something as 2SJ512.

Might need picture from PSU area. You should provide a picture from yours for reference on what you need.

Here we go but see how it looks. This is my best shot and view. Not sure if there was more and has faded but I see an NEC part number J142 then 5x underneath. Might have to confirm with someone else. I do have another two ms9 chassis but not auto sync and they don't have this Q951 populated.
