Multi remote control - but which multi?

I found this in my ToDo box. But I have no idea anymore for which multi system this is
For sure it is already many years ago I bought this.
Does anybody recognise this?

Now I recall why I didn't attach it yet. As I have the 1st batch of STV it required a small modification on the STV itself, which I didn't dare to do myself.
Need to go back to the forum thread and have a look. Probably a reset-line needed to be created.
