mv1c bios address error

Hello everybody. How's going?

I'm troubleshooting a MV1C board that gives me a click of death screen when using a unibios, and the diagnostics bios gives me:

Bios Address (A13-A15)
Actual: 00
Expected: 01

Any clues on what to check? There's no visible corrosion on the board.

How is the UniBIOS modification attached? If it's on a Neo-BiosMASTA like adapter over the CPU, it may need to be reseated. If you're unsure, share a picture or two.

I don't have the board on me rn, but the unibios is soldered directly to the board replacing the original bios. I used a 29F800 with both unibios and diagnostics bios burned to a single chip with the bios switch done by bank switching.
