not really , i mean that the view point moves up and down, ok i see that. but ok, does it affect the vehicle speed in any way? does it affect cornering in any way?
to the second part: how exactly and when do i need to move the arm up and down rythmitcally ? how does that work?
And to the third one: that it is not understandable: it says the handle bar needs to be held when splashing down...yeah but held in what position? down or up? and in what position should it be when going up the ramp?

For your first question, I'm sure if it did it would be mentioned as that's pretty important.
For the other two, just like, experiment and figure it out if you have a cab around? Pretty sure I remember that you held it down to go underwater after the jump and it didn't matter what position it was in on the ramp.
