Have you considered using something like SendCutSend? I could take measurements of my door and send them to you.

FYI I don't have precision measuring equipment so definitely do some mockups first before ordering.
Door appears to be made from 1.25mm thick sheet steel
Front:
437mm wide x 392mm tall x 14mm thick with the folded edges
Tabs at the bottom edge: 50mm longest section, 43mm shortest section, with a 90 degree curved rounded edges, 10mm length
Center of the lock hole is about 218mm from the left, 220mm from the right, 33mm from the top, 366mm from the bottom.
Fabbing this with SendCutSend might be a little pricey due to the number of required bends, just a heads up. Again, would definitely do some mock ups with some cardstock paper or something before buying.
