I really tried to find this in mame, but it seems like the only thing left in the namcos21 driver is Winning Run right now. Weird? edit: found it https://github.com/mamedev/mame/blob/master/src/mame/namco/namcos21_c67.cpp

Anyway, how does io work on this pcb?

The IO is for controls, sound and RGB. There's a 5V input on the back, so technically you can run this completely off of 5V lol.
