namco sysem 12/ 12b tekken 3 and tekken tag issues

hi so im relativity new to system 12 games and i picked up a tekken tag and tekken 3 from my understanding of what ive read they are notorious for having bad cap or caps that just fall off and ive been having issues with my tekken tag board not showing any video it seems from what im seeing in my set up ( vega jr super gun into an ossc via rgb or from the vega junior to my pvm via composite cable) that the board is sending sync but its dropping sync constantly now i tried my tekken 3 board that does work on the same set up listed above, so i was wondering where i can find a cap list and if anyone sees anything wrong with the board that i might have missed when looking them over

On CPU brd caps 201, 202, 207 is 10u 16v. This is RGB caps. In you first foto they are absent.
