Namco system 12 CDROM drive types

Hello,

Anyone know whether there are replacement or another compatible types for this system?
The original one uses Toshiba XM-6702B.

Seems to be from a quick Google.

Apologies, the SD-M1802 is what's in my System10, not System12. I'd doubt there's much difference between the two though.

To make things more fun it has a great big CAPCOM sticker brandished across the bottom of it. Works great though.
