I purchased everything I needed for Namco system 256 (using OpenJVS). When I boot the system there is no sound or video and my TV says "wrong format". What's the problem?

I need to find another monitor? The 2X6 will not boot up with out a game in the system. Also, some games support 480p resolution via dip switch settings. Normally the system will display in 15khz 480i/240p resolution which most modern VGA compatible displays can’t process hence why you’re getting “invalid format” on your display.
No, you can use a converter instead. Something like the GBS-8200 will work and is currently the cheapest converter to buy.I need to find another monitor?
Thanks. And what does the rapid orange light near the dongle mean? No, you can use a converter instead. Something like the GBS-8200 will work and is currently the cheapest converter to buy.
It’s a HDD indicator light. Looks like a HDD is plugged in. If it was a dvd drive, the HDD indicator light would be off and the green led would be the only light on.Thanks. And what does the rapid orange light near the dongle mean?
I have this TV, my bro said it should work with sys, but there is no vga. Can I use vga to hdmi converter? Will it work in this way?No, you can use a converter instead. Something like the GBS-8200 will work and is currently the cheapest converter to buy.
It's cobra the arcadePut all the dipswitch 234 in on position and put the vga cord direct to the namco system 256
Plus what is the game in the system if it's like soul calibur 2 or 3 open the metal case you can see that there is a 246+/256 jumper in desire game like tekken 5 the jumper tab must be in 256 mode
Cobra the arcade is a 480i game. You’ll definitely need an upscaler video converterIt's cobra the arcade
