Hello everyone! Today I'm really excited to release some widescreen patches to some games. as you may already know, @lorizzuoso did release his Tekken 4 widescreen patch a while back, I'll include it here too. So far, here's the current list of patched games:

Could someone please create a Widescreen patch file + Attract Mode Music Mod patch for the latest Japanese version of Tekke 4 for the PSXMemCardGen2 ?

you need the mcdview tool
 
Does this stretch the existing image, or render more of the scene to the sides?

Render the screen some more like the PS2 patches, you’ll need to stretch the image on your display

Here’s an example with BR3

The download link has disappeared...
I think the benefit of the widescreen patch is that it increases the visible area even though the characters are smaller, so I hope they continue with it.

I will add them back, just need to add my new patches to the archive
 
Hello all! I will update this thread to include non widescreen patches as well like the RRV Force feedback patch (both EXP/JP versions). I know the link above is gone but I’ll still update and repost a new link later this week, stay tuned!
