Both, the small board with the ha11423 and the neck board as well.
Did a complete cap kit only the filter cap, but it seems someone had done it in the past, it’s a nichicon and the 0,22uF close by as I don’t find this value anywhere.
Checked the cabs internal power supply, all voltages are delivered correctly and it’s wired correctly. Looks like it got a cap kit too in the past.

Been at it
Vertical collaps
On the ms8 26su
Removed the vert Ic
Both q401 & q402
Difficult screws!
And both are good..

So I will pull the Zener diode tomorow and check it .

No ..
Vertical collaps ..

I have gone the long way round ..

Because I started by
Checking the resisters
R433 in circuit
As I still got the 2.2kohm in circuit .
So assuming they are ok ..
Then removed the Zener diodes .
They check out ok ..

So I’m now just going to change
C433 cap
Mines a 25v 10 uf

I’m going to put a 50v 10 uf in and hope that
Sorts it because it’s the vertical ic pump up cap.

If that little cap leaks or goes out of spec ..

Result vertical ic’s
Don’t get correct voltage and no vertical.

So good chance at least the cap change could work for me .

Will update as soon as I have do it
Are you doing all this cause of the jitter fault?
