Hello! I’m looking for a TOSHIBA NANAO MS8 or MS9 monitor for my astrocity with as less burn as possible. I’ll buy only from Europe because customs and shipping would be too expensive otherwise.

Did you try Ronnie? He's kind of the go-to in EU from what I'm told. Not sure if that's still current though. You could also try asking on Arcade Otaku, as they have more EU members.

Ronnie doesn't sell separate monitors, buddy of mine asked him not too long ago and the answer was that a good monitor is worth as much as an entire cab so it made no sense to him to sell one separately.
