Nanao MS9 29 broken pot!!!!

You can simply replace them, the value should be 3.3k or 6.8k if i'm not mistaken.
I've read you can use 5k, i think it's easier to find.

You mean desolder and use from another chassis? I already got another chassis which lots of work
 
Re-using an old pot might not be the best idea. They get corroded and less accurate over time, so while this might fix your issue in the short term, you might just be adding headaches later on.

This. You better try to source a new replacement online.
