Just bought a cheap spare chassis for my Nanao MS9-29 - recapped it but then noticed that the component below has been removed (photo of my working chassis, for reference!)

Can anyone let me know what this is called and where I could potentially source a replacement, hopefully without having to buy another faulty chassis to strip it from!

Thanks

Toshiba 2SK1531

I got some in my inventory, but they're Radwell branded K1531 MOSFETs. Let me know if you want some.

Dont forget the rubber insulator or some kinda insulator those arent supposed to ground to the heat sink it will short out.

ya you can find some of those heatshrink tubing for transistors on Amazon

Great thanks - I'm UK based so will try and get one here, but if I'm out of luck, I'll get in touch...thanks for your help!

Thanks - did notice that the one on my working chassis has some sort of plastic cover on it
