Nanao MS9-29 horizontal size issue.

Not thrilled about the top. But I went from trap to pin to para and back. Tiny tiny increments. Any suggestions?
Like others have said, don't get too picky on a grid. I have 3 ms9 chassis and they all have their unique dislike when I hook them up to a grid. Playing with the trap, para, and spc15 pots will help but will never get it perfect. I spent hours and I was happy with the outcomes but I always like to over scan on both horizontal and vertical sizes to hide those corners and edges. Gameplay is great on the nanao ms9 with toshiba tube. My hitachi nanao ms9 combo also looks great and it shows one corner a bit bowed but I did all I could to try to solve and still there. Convergence strips also helped mine to take care a bit of the blue color bleeding, as seen on yours.

I picked up a 20 pack of convergence strips off eBay ~ will mess with it at some point.

I also noticed ghost lines on the left side of the screen - very faint. They were present when I first purchased the chassis then repaired, now they're starting to come back. Overscan bothers me if graphics get slightly cut off - I know it's weird, but I'm peculiar haha.
