Upper corners look deformed everytime I turn on the cabinet, it corrects itself after a few mins. if I leave it running until it heats up, any ideas of what could be causing this? I have checked B+ and it reads 76v I think that should be correct , what else could be causing this??, I'm sure it must be something caps related but I don't know where to start looking, any ideas?

Usually issues like this that correct after the chassis “warms up” are indeed due to caps. Common guidance would be to do a cap kit or get it serviced and have someone do it on your behalf.

yeah, I don't want to do a full recap since that did not went as expected for me in the past, so I'd prefer to change only the ones necessary to correct this specific problem, if possible.

Check caps C455-C459 connected to U450 which controls pincushion correction.

C455 10.1uf
C459 checked 20uf ¬ it should be 22uf so I replaced it.
Test: its the same, nothing changed, what else??

It doesn't seem to be related to the sides of the screen but to the corners; it's as if the image doesn't expand enough there.

Most likely cap related since it goes away after heating up. Since you have your screen setup for tate gaming, it’s probably in the horizontal deflection side. I would to a full recap, but start with all the caps in the horizontal deflection side. All of them are pretty easy to swap and not that many.

he board it's labled on the pcb. Also check your B+ voltage I had one with wavy sided and the B+ was lower than the recommented 76V .

I have reflowed Q508 and replaced all the capacitors except for two or three 22uF ones which I didn't have spares. I plugged it back in and tested it but there's no apparent change :( the corners are still curved inwards. Maybe it's those two capacitors I didn't replace... I don't know.

Sounds like time to order some 22uF caps! Did you do all other caps or just ones in the horizontal section?

Just the ones on the hori section, the ones marked in the photos attached above, positive on the full cap swap suggestion.
edit:: just checked arcadepartsandrepairs and those $44usd on shipping will kill this repair more than leaking caps.
