Do I need to adjust both? I have only touched the one for 15khz modes, the 24khz one still has its white glue from factory, I mean does one interfere with each other? I only use this monitor with 15khz content.

No you only adjust it for the mode your in. So if you at 15khz make sure it's 76v.
