Naomi 2 booting to blank white screen, then nothing. Help?

Naomi 2 MB was confirmed working - - seller put in a universal bios but did not have time to check turn it on before shipping.

Now we re stumped as to what's going on.

Both red and green lights turn on on the motherboard. All 3 fans are working. Tried 2 naomi 1 games, and also tried putting in original bios. All same result (shown in vid).

I had a friend try it in 3 Naomi cabs and same result.

I'd love any help / advice!

Seller said they 'd refund me, but I'd really love to get it working if possible. Bios is and was installed correct direction.

You're not giving it a long time to boot in that video!! cause it "looks like" it is trying to boot in the background.
If you give it a minute, if you coin and press start, does the game play?!

Well I thought it boots to the Naomi screen and jingle, right?

We re playing on the cab tonight so I'll leave it on longer, just in case, but pretty sure I've left it for awhile. And yeah, no sound either way. I always make sure to have the audio plugged into the I/O in case just the picture was out.

Ive never seen it do that before i mustve bricked it with the bios somehow
