Naomi 2 - ic29 testing bad only with netdimm attached

Hello,
i have a problem with my Naomi 2 with multibios.

When testing it, without the netdimm the IC29 tests good, but there is a small artifact (image on bottom).
This artifact shows even on standard boot (which is giving me ERROR 01)

When testing with netdimm, IC29 tests bad.

I suppose i can assume IC29 is bad?

I have the supercap removed and no battery on the system.

Plus, can a Naomi boot into network with the netdimm if it is not connected? Just to make sure it's ok.

I've had a graphics glitch issue like this on a Naomi 2, it was tricky to track down as all the rams passed. I ended up using freeze spray on the video rams one at a time until the glitch went away. The only issue was I replaced the ram and the issue didn't go away. Turned out the freeze spray also cooled the ram in the same spot but the opposite side of the board. Once I replaced that ram the issue went away.

Bad video ram won't cause error 01 though, that's usually bad connection, bad cart or wrong region set.

Ok, i excluded the naomi with the netdimm (carts are working, just glitchy), while the netdimm is bad.

I'll try when i can to diagnose the bad ram.
